What we collect, and what we do with it.
This site collects only what you type into its forms. This notice says what that is, why, who reads it, how long we keep it, and how to ask about it.
Lodge Rentals, Inc. (“the owner”) is the personal information controller for this website and the tenant portal, at Unit 3, 18 Maple Lane, Barangay Kamuning, Quezon City 1103. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), its implementing rules and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission.
What each form collects
Application for a room
- What: Your name, mobile number, e-mail if you give it, the building and space, your move-in date, whether you are a student, your school or employer if you give it, and your note.
- Why: For the caretaker to text you, set a viewing and, if you rent, prepare your contract.
- How long: One year from the viewing, unless you rent — then as part of your tenant record.
Message to the office
- What: Your name, mobile number, e-mail if you give it, the building it is about, and your message.
- Why: To answer it, or pass it to the caretaker who can.
- How long: One year from our last reply.
Tenant portal sign-in, payment reports and repair requests
- What: The e-mail you sign in with, a one-time code (stored only as a digest), for a payment report the amount, date, channel and reference, and for a repair the problem you describe.
- Why: To show you only your own lease and bills, for the caretaker to match a payment and issue the receipt, and to schedule a repair.
- How long: Sign-in records for a year; payment records with the receipt, as long as tax law requires (ten years).
Who reads it
The owner, the caretaker of the building you applied to or live in, and our bookkeeper for payments. Texts and e-mails are sent through our messaging provider, who handles them only to deliver them. We do not sell your details and we do not share them for anyone else’s marketing.
The vacancy board
The building boards on this site show only whether a room, bed or unit is open, and its rent. They never show who lives anywhere.
What this website keeps in your browser
lodge-theme(local storage): whether you chose the light or dark look.lodge-opened(session storage): that the opening animation has played this visit, so it plays only once.jl_portal(a cookie, only after you sign in to the tenant portal): your portal session. Scripts on the page cannot read it, and signing out ends it.
No analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies. The spam check on our forms is Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser to tell a person from a bot; Cloudflare’s own privacy policy covers it.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, object to its use, have it erased or blocked where the law allows, take a copy of it, and complain to the National Privacy Commission.
